Return Policy

1. All merchandise must be in saleable condition and accompanied with a receipt no later than 30 days old. Merchandise returned without a receipt will be refunded at the last sale price for that item.

2. Returns or exchanges will be allowed for spoiled or out of date products at the manager's discretion, if it is consistent with the vintages and dates currently sold.

3. Returns or exchanges will only be done with individuals who are over the age of 21 years old. Proof of age will be required.

4. Only products bought at Bernier's Liquors will be considered for return or exchange.

5. Refunds and exchanges will not be given on non-stocked or special order items.

6. Gift cards are considered non-refundable.

7. Any purchase made with a credit card will be refunded to that credit card. Cash purchases will be refunded as cash.
